A modern site for forward-thinking business

Built to support expanding companies in specialist business sectors

Sector-specific office space and industrial units, accommodation and resources will be available for expanding businesses in sectors potentially including medical and healthcare, advanced manufacturing, digital technologies and creative industries.

Ebbsfleet offers excellent opportunities for commercial developers and growing businesses wishing to invest in new premises, as well as great potential for start-ups and existing companies in the target sectors.

Delivery of the Ebbsfleet enterprise zone sites is led by the Ebbsfleet Development Corporation in partnership with Dartford and Gravesham borough councils.
